Do I need a legionella certificate?
HSE says health and safety law does not require landlords to obtain or produce a legionella test certificate. Keeping simple records of your checks, like these, shows what you have done.
Do I need special software?
No. A free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader is enough, or you can just print the sheets.
Can I change the checks?
Yes. The checks on Sheet 2 are fillable fields, so you can type your own wording and frequencies to match your risk assessment.
