Who sells the product

PHKSheets templates are made by PHK MEDIA LTD (company no. 10380323). They are sold through Payhip (payhip.com), which acts as the reseller and seller of record: Payhip takes your payment, charges and remits VAT, and delivers your download. Prices include VAT where applicable — calculated at checkout.

Licence

Licensed for use within one business or household. You may edit and print the files for that business. You may not resell, share or upload them for others.

Digital content and your cancellation right

The product is digital content delivered as an instant download. At checkout you agree that the download starts immediately and that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights if the files are faulty or not as described.

Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee

14-day money-back guarantee. If the template doesn't work for you, email info@phkmedia.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no hoops.

Your statutory 14-day right to cancel ends once the download starts (see above), but this voluntary guarantee applies anyway. It is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Not professional advice

The templates and apps are record-keeping and planning aids, not legal, tax, accounting, HR, health and safety or other professional advice. They do not submit anything to HMRC or any other authority. Figures they work out are estimates or guides based on the rules described on each product page. Check them against official guidance (for example GOV.UK, HMRC, HSE or Acas) or with a qualified adviser before you rely on them.
