This website

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

When you buy

Purchases are handled by Payhip (payhip.com), which acts as the reseller and seller of record. When you open checkout, Payhip collects your name, email, payment and billing details to take payment, charge and remit VAT, and send your download. Payhip's own privacy policy applies to that data. Payhip shares with us the order details we need to support you, such as your name, email and what you bought.

When you email us

If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply and help you, and keep it as long as needed for that and for our business records.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@phkmedia.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
